Objectives, Forms, Determinants of Workers’ Participation in Management, Mode of participation- Works Committee, Joint Management councils, Worker Director, Shop Councils, Joint Councils

Trade Union Act 1926:

Scope, Coverage, Registration of Trade Unions; The Industrial Disputes Act 1947: Objectives, Industrial dispute settlement machinery, Instruments of economic coercion- strikes, lockouts and closure.
