CO 134: Students will be able to understand the constituents of Environment and their impact on business. CO 135: Students will be able to apply various aspects of Socio cultural environment on business. CO 136: Students will be able to integrate the various concepts of the economy particularly the developing country like India. CO 137: Students will be able to analyze the political and legal implications on the business environment. CO 138: The course would enable students to remember various components of Indian Financial system and investment opportunities. CO 139: Students will demonstrate sensitivity towards environmental issues and have ability to address them in the course of business. |

Economic Environment: Bases of Economy, Economic System: Capitalist ,Socialist and Mixed Economy , Economic Policies in India- Monetary Policy and Fiscal Policy
Political Environment: Concept, Types of Political Systems, Influence of Political Environment on business
Legal Environment: Acts influencing the legal environment of business , Intellectual Property Rights
Concept, An overview of the Financial System, Components of Financial System, Financial Institutions in India, Types of Foreign Investment: Foreign Direct Investment and Foreign Portfolio Investment
