CO 208: Sensitize students towards developing employees for achieving personal and organizational goals.

CO 209: Understand the concept of HRD Matrix and HRD interventions.

CO 210: Students will be able to frame and evaluate the HRD programs.

CO 211: Empower students to hone skills to address the realities of organizations while developing context specific strategies for human resource development.

CO 212: Students will be able to learn the techniques of HRD program application and trends

CO 213: Learn the dilemmas of real work life and focus on HRD practices in the organisations.

Approach in teaching: Interactive Hours, Discussion, Tutorials, Reading assignments, Demonstration, Team teaching
